- Annual dryer vent inspection and cleaning
- Annual hot water heater flush (no on demand hot water heaters)
- Swamp cooler startup and shutdown OR annual A/C condenser cleaning.
- Priority scheduling
- 15% labor discount on additional visits / projects (Can save big on routine lawn maintenance!)

Membership Plan Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership Term
Membership plans are billed annually and automatically renew unless canceled. Minimum payments may be required for initial visits. Can be cancelled at any time.
2. Included Services
Membership benefits are limited to those explicitly listed in the Jumbo Care Plan section.
3. Scheduling
All services are subject to availability. Members receive priority scheduling but not guaranteed same-day service.
5. Labor Discounts
Labor discounts apply only to standard services and do not apply to materials or subcontracted work.
6. Materials
Materials are not included unless explicitly stated and will be billed separately.
7. Swamp Cooler Service
Seasonal services (startup/shutdown) are limited to one visit per spring and fall seasons and do not include major repairs or replacement parts.
8. Cancellation
Membership may be canceled at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
9. Abuse of Service
Membership is intended for reasonable residential use. Excessive use may result in plan review or termination.
10. Service Area
Membership benefits apply only within the designated service area.
11. Non-Transferable
Membership is tied to a specific property and is not transferable unless approved.
