- Spring and fall maintenance visits (up to 1 hour each)
- Priority scheduling
- Preferred member labor pricing
- No standard service call fee during maintenance visits
- Annual dryer vent inspection and cleaning

- Minor hardware tightening during scheduled visits
- Detector testing during scheduled visits

Jumbo Care Plan
Our most supportive plan for homeowners who want recurring help, stronger benefits, and a more hands-on home maintenance relationship. This plan includes:
- Annual home safety inspection
- Annual dryer vent inspection and cleaning
- Annual hot water heater flush (no on demand hot water heaters)
- Spring swamp cooler startup
- Fall swamp cooler shutdown
- Up to two one-hour onsite visits per quarter for small repairs and maintenance tasks (up to 1 hour each)
- Priority scheduling
- 15% labor discount on additional visits / projects
- Member maintenance record Member-first seasonal route placement Hard-to-reach light bulb replacement during scheduled visits using customer-supplied bulbs Detector testing during scheduled visits Minor hardware tightening during scheduled visits

Membership Plan Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership Term
Membership plans are billed monthly, quarterly or annually and automatically renew unless canceled. Minimum payments may be required for initial visits.
2. Included Services
Membership benefits are limited to those explicitly listed in the selected plan. Unused visits or services do not roll over unless stated.
3. Scheduling
All services are subject to availability. Members receive priority scheduling but not guaranteed same-day service. Visits must be requested/scheduled by the member.
4. Quarterly Visit Limits (Jumbo Care Plan)
Included visits are limited to up to two (2) one-hour visits per quarter. Additional time is billed at the member rate.
5. Labor Discounts
Labor discounts apply only to standard services and do not apply to materials or subcontracted work.
6. Materials
Materials are not included unless explicitly stated and will be billed separately.
7. Swamp Cooler Service
Seasonal services (startup/shutdown) are limited to one visit per season and do not include major repairs or replacement parts.
8. Cancellation
Membership may be canceled at any time. Monthly plans may be canceled anytime. Annual plans are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
9. Abuse of Service
Membership is intended for reasonable residential use. Excessive use may result in plan review or termination.
10. Service Area
Membership benefits apply only within the designated service area.
11. Non-Transferable
Membership is tied to a specific property and is not transferable unless approved.
